Operations Management - Vault Supervisor

They must ensure workforce effectiveness, address employee issues promptly, and maintain clear communication across the branch. Additionally, the supervisor oversees vehicle maintenance, emergency responses, and security investigations, which are critical to safeguarding employees, cargo, and facilities. The Operations Supervisor must also handle day-to-day administrative functions, including scheduling, payroll monitoring, and managing operational data in both manual and electronic formats.
