Job Duties

  • Act with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promotes the culture, values, and mission of Starbucks
  • Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep the store operating to standard and set a positive example
  • Anticipate customer and store needs by constantly evaluating the environment and customer cues, communicating information to the manager for appropriate response
  • Assist with new partner training by positively reinforcing performance and providing respectful coaching, offering feedback to operations manager
  • Contribute to a positive environment and develop a professional working relationship with each partner
  • Deliver legendary service to each customer consistently
  • Execute operational assignments during scheduled shifts, leveraging functional systems to support Starbucks Reserve experience
  • Follow Starbucks Reserve operational policies and procedures, including cash handling, health, safety, and security
  • Manage service of alcohol according to state and federal laws as well as company policies
  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Engage in storytelling and communication of Starbucks Reserve Kitchen brand, food, and culture
