The Operations Lead ensures the compliance of all store activities with state and federal laws as well as company standards. Additionally, the role promotes storytelling and brand communication around Starbucks Reserve® Kitchen’s food and culture, enhancing guest engagement.

Working flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, is essential, and physical stamina is required as the role involves carrying weights up to 35 pounds consistently. The Operations Lead must demonstrate strong multitasking capabilities, attention to detail, and effective interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships with partners and customers alike. This position is ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced retail or restaurant environment and who are passionate about delivering legendary service.

Starbucks offers comprehensive benefits to its partners, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, paid parental leave, vacation accrual, sick time, holiday pay, and retirement savings programs with employer matching. Partners also have access to educational programs such as the Starbucks College Achievement Plan and financial well-being tools that support long-term growth and wellness.

Joining Starbucks means becoming part of a diverse team committed to inclusion and equal opportunity, where every partner is respected and valued.
