The Operations Lead, Back of House at the Chicago Roastery is a crucial role that contributes to the success of the Starbucks Reserve® brand by supporting the operational managers, associate managers, and specialists in executing the store's functions during scheduled shifts. This leadership position demands a commitment to operational excellence, ensuring high-quality product and service delivery that aligns with the brand's premium standards. The Operations Lead serves as a role model, embodying Starbucks' guiding principles of integrity, honesty, and exceptional service, while fostering a positive work environment for partners. In addition to daily operational duties, the Operations Lead is responsible for managing compliance with health, safety, cash handling, and alcohol service policies, all to maintain the highest standard of safety and regulatory adherence within the store.
