- Must be 18 years or older
- must be local to San Diego
- prior experience in event operations, logistics, or project coordination
- proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
- excellent communication skills
- ability to manage time effectively
- experience working with military, government, or large event venues preferred
- reliable transportation to and from the track location

Job Duties
- Coordinate vendors, contractors, and partners, ensuring compliance with Navy access protocols and NASCAR standards
- support the Operations team in overseeing all build-out and teardown activities
- communicate effectively across teams, vendors, and city/military partners
- remain calm and solutions-oriented in high pressure, live event environments
