This full-time, salaried, exempt position offers a competitive annual compensation between $115,000 and $135,000, adjusted based on experience, education, and performance bonuses. Working primarily Monday through Friday with occasional Saturday hours, the Operations Director oversees the effective staffing, productivity, and shipment performance of approximately 50 employees within a large 200,000-square-foot facility. The director ensures that all shifts execute varied workload volumes efficiently and that quality processes are developed and maintained to uphold MSI's standards. A critical aspect of the role includes ensuring that shipments are on time by coordinating closely with employees, delivery drivers, and forepersons to meet established standards in both receipts and shipments. The Operations Director is responsible for supervising daily, weekly, and monthly quality and productivity reports, managing realignment activities to optimize facility operations, and fostering continuous improvement initiatives that align with the distribution center's goals.
