The role of Operations Coordinator is critical to driving the operational readiness and onboarding process for our new retail store members. This position demands a candidate with strong project management capabilities, adept at cross-functional execution and vendor coordination, ensuring that every new store location is fully operational and prepared to deliver excellent customer experiences from day one. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail or grocery setting and has a solid understanding of POS systems and store technology. Responsibilities will include managing the end-to-end onboarding process of new stores—facilitating communications between store members, IT, and operations teams—to guarantee the integration of all systems and processes. Additionally, the Operations Coordinator will track onboarding progress, addressing risks and dependencies using project management tools to ensure timelines and deliverables are met. Collaboration is key in this role, requiring the candidate to work seamlessly with both internal stakeholders and external vendors, supporting vendor relationship management and resolving any issues that arise promptly.
