Job Description

THE3 TEAM is a global leader operating at the intersection of sports, music, and entertainment, specializing in live event production, branding, custom fabrication, and experiential operations. With headquarters in Los Angeles and a presence spanning 28 countries and over 70 cities worldwide including New York, London, Abu Dhabi, and Sydney, THE3 TEAM is renowned for working with some of the world's most iconic properties and brands. The company's commitment to elevating live events and creating unforgettable experiences underscores its position as a trailblazer in the entertainment production industry. THE3 TEAM's diverse portfolio includes large-scale productions across various sectors, positioning it as a pivotal partner for top-tier clients and talent.

This job opening is for a part-time event site-oriented Production Utility position, which plays an essential role within the Operations team and supports the LIVE3 TEAM event managers. This role involves hands-on participation in the planning, setup, execution, and teardown of productions spanning small to large scales. The position requires travel to job sites where the Production Utility will set up equipment, provide operational support during events, and engage with event managers and clients as necessary. In addition to on-site responsibilities, this role also includes work in the warehouse, focusing on the preparation, maintenance, and restoration of production gear and materials.

The Production Utility position demands a high level of adaptability and physical endurance, as the role involves regular lifting of heavy objects and working extended hours including evenings and weekends, depending on event schedules. Candidates will contribute significantly to maintaining an efficient workflow by ensuring that all equipment is ready and functioning optimally before events. This involves regular inventory checks, repairs, and logistical coordination. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including senior staff, clients, and event personnel.

Additional responsibilities include the safe operation of vehicles such as 26-foot box trucks and pickup/trailer combinations, necessitating the ability to obtain a DOT medical card. Certification in forklift operation and first aid is also required, underscoring the safety-first culture at THE3 TEAM. This role is ideal for someone with at least two years of experience in live event production or related fields, who is eager to contribute to dynamic live events at an international level. The successful candidate must be capable of frequent travel, approximately 60 percent of the time, predominantly by commercial airlines, reflecting the global reach and diverse nature of THE3 TEAM's projects.

Joining THE3 TEAM means becoming part of an inclusive and diverse workplace that does not discriminate on any unlawful grounds.
