The role of Operations Coordinator / Account Management Representative is designed for individuals who thrive in dynamic and collaborative environments. This position is critical in supporting day-to-day operations, managing distributor and dealer accounts, and ensuring smooth business processes. It provides an exciting opportunity for entry-level candidates as well as those with some experience in sales or account management to grow their careers in a well-established international company. The employment is temp-to-hire, full-time, and non-exempt, with a schedule set from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, based in Torrance, CA. During the initial three-month training period, the role requires 100% onsite presence, after which it transitions to a hybrid working style (three days onsite and two days remote). Compensation ranges between $20 and $30 per hour depending on experience.

In this role, the Operations Coordinator / Account Management Representative will manage and support existing distributor and dealer accounts to maintain and strengthen key business relationships. Responsibilities include processing customer orders, preparing invoices, creating and analyzing sales data reports primarily using Microsoft Excel, and coordinating with internal departments and global headquarters. The position also involves responding to customer inquiries via phone and email, supporting sales representatives in daily operations, assisting with marketing initiatives, and occasionally traveling to customer sites or trade shows.
