Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Some college education preferred
- At least 1 year of experience in logistics, freight transport, or third-party logistics
- Ability to work evening shifts reliably
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
- Capable of driving delivery routes with a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Willingness to submit to a DMV check
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Comfortable using technology such as Google Docs, Slack, and mobile applications
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability
- Previous experience in startups preferred but not required
Job Qualifications

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
- Capable of working independently and collaborating in a team environment
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities
- Previous startup experience is a plus
- Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Job Duties
- Ensure that customer orders are ready for delivery by performing quality and inventory control checks
- Troubleshoot any delivery issues and support our Valets throughout their shifts
- Work closely with the Customer Care team to deliver exceptional customer service and provide on-the-ground support for customer issues or special order requests
- Help identify and report operational challenges and collaborate with Corporate Operations to improve efficiency
- Drive occasional delivery routes to gain on-the-ground experience and assist Valets
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization within the operations area
- Participate in training and development activities to continuously improve performance
