A key feature of this role is the necessity for reliability, adaptability, and openness to travel, making it ideal for individuals seeking a dynamic work environment with varying assignments.
Operations Chefs at AFC are entrusted with the responsibility of following detailed production plans and ensuring fresh product availability by managing ingredient stocks and minimizing waste systematically. This role offers a competitive pay starting at $17.50 per hour and includes comprehensive employee benefits, reinforcing AFC's commitment to work-life balance and employee wellbeing.
This position is not only about preparing quality foods but also entails occasional responsibilities such as purchasing produce and performing delivery duties to support store operations.
