As an Operations Associate, Barista at Gopuff, you will be at the heart of our operations, blending operational excellence with high-quality food and beverage preparation. This role is essential in maintaining efficient workflow and ensuring customers receive accurate and delightful orders every time. You will be directly involved in preparing handcrafted Starbucks beverages, restocking inventory, and keeping the workspace organized to support a smooth operation. No two days in this role are the same; you may find yourself restocking shelves, preparing food and drinks according to precise standards, packing orders ready for delivery, or assisting with inbound deliveries and inventory verification. This role also emphasizes upholding cleanliness and sanitation best practices, managing waste responsibly, and handling operational equipment safely. A key part of the job is completing and documenting cleaning tasks ensuring compliance with safety and food quality standards.

Job Duties
- Prepare quality Starbucks beverages and food menu items by following recipes, production cards, and presentation standards
- ensure accuracy and quality of all packaged food and beverage items staged for delivery
- receive, unpack, and replenish product deliveries
- confirm inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies
- pick, pack, and stage customer orders with speed and precision
- maintain organization and cleanliness across the kitchen, cafe, and facility spaces
- manage waste and spoilage by following FIFO and mindful preparation practices
