DraftKings is currently hiring for the position of Operations Associate, a key role within its fulfillment center supporting the Jackpocket digital lottery courier product. This part-time role offers a salary of $16.00 per hour plus applicable benefits, with salary ranges based on factors such as location, experience, and qualifications. The Operations Associate will be central to ensuring the smooth processing of customer lottery ticket orders and redemptions. This role involves managing order accuracy, maintaining real-time updates on customer orders, and overseeing the operation of equipment such as printers and scanners to keep workflows efficient and error-free. Given the fast-paced nature of the fulfillment center, the Operations Associate must be flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays, and demonstrate a reliable attendance history.
The role requires a self-starter attitude with a strong attention to detail and the ability to independently prioritize and manage multiple tasks. Candidates should be comfortable working with technology and common software tools like Microsoft Excel to support process efficiency.
