The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a collaborative, customer-service oriented work environment. The successful candidate will be adept at multitasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced, event-driven setting, using sound judgment to solve problems and manage conflicts effectively. Administrative duties such as payroll approval, budget assistance, invoice coding, and maintaining confidentiality are also part of the manager’s scope.
