As an Operations & Administrative Coordinator, you will manage a range of responsibilities that support the financial health and operational efficiency of the organization. Key duties include managing accounts payable and receivable, vendor invoice processing, payment tracking, and expense verification. You will also support month-end financial closing, assist with basic reconciliations, and maintain precise records in QuickBooks or comparable accounting software. The role involves helping with budgeting, cost tracking, financial reporting, and devising improvements to finance processes to keep pace with business growth.

In addition to finance-related tasks, you will handle critical operational and administrative duties, such as coordinating office communications, scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, documenting meeting notes, facilitating travel arrangements, and assisting with business compliance, including licenses and permits with local Los Angeles authorities.
