The role of Operation Service Concierge (OSC) at JSX is central to the company's operations and customer service ethos. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED
  • ability to occasionally lift 75 plus pounds
  • ability to drive and operate ground equipment such as LEKTRO aircraft tug belt loaders baggage carts etc
  • ability to perform intermittent physical activity including bending reaching and prolonged periods of standing
  • available to work flexible shifts including early mornings late nights holidays and weekends
  • participation in initial and random drug and alcohol screenings in accordance with DOT and FAA guidelines

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or GED
  • ability to occasionally lift 75 plus pounds
  • ability to drive and operate ground equipment such as LEKTRO aircraft tug belt loaders baggage carts etc
  • ability to perform intermittent physical activity including bending reaching and prolonged periods of standing
  • available to work flexible shifts including early mornings late nights holidays and weekends

  • current and valid driver’s license

Job Duties

  • marshal aircraft and wing walk with confidence and vigilance to ensure safe ground movement
  • position and reposition aircraft to maximize operational efficiency and ramp utilization
  • handle baggage and freight with care ensuring timely loading unloading sorting and delivery always prioritizing customers needs
  • support international operations by ensuring all customs protocols are properly followed and documented
  • contribute to ramp safety with routine foreign object debris walks keeping the work environment clean and hazard-free
  • pitch in wherever needed cleaning aircraft restocking supplies and assisting with customer experience touchpoints
