Job Description

JSX is a unique lifestyle airline that goes beyond simply providing travel; it embraces a culture of entrepreneurship, excellence, and innovation. Founded with the philosophy that how you travel matters as much as the destination, JSX is committed to delivering a Joyful, Simple Experience for its customers. This forward-thinking airline stands out by promoting an inclusive workplace culture where employees are empowered to grow professionally and personally. As a lifestyle employer, JSX creates an environment that values determination and offers opportunities for advancement, making it an ideal workplace for those who aspire to build a meaningful career in the aviation industry.

The role of Operation Service Concierge (OSC) at JSX is a pivotal one, deeply embedded in the core of airport operations. Serving as the vital link between the aircraft and the passenger experience, the OSC ensures seamless, safe, and efficient handling of aircraft on the ground. This position involves a wide array of responsibilities, including marshaling aircraft safely into gates, managing baggage handling with care, supporting international customs procedures, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards on the ramp. The OSC's daily activities make a significant impact on the overall operational flow, guaranteeing that flights depart and arrive on schedule while providing a positive travel experience from start to finish.

Working as an OSC means embracing a dynamic workplace with varied duties that keep each day engaging and challenging. The role demands a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving, combining physical agility with strong communication skills and a commitment to safety. Teamwork and adaptability are essential, as this job frequently requires quick adjustments to changing conditions such as weather, operational demands, and customer needs.

JSX offers competitive compensation starting at $19.25 per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision coverage, a generous 401(k) match, and ample paid time off. Employees also enjoy unique travel benefits such as free non-revenue standby travel on JSX flights and discounted standby travel on other major airlines for themselves and qualifying family members. The company’s dedication to equity and diversity ensures that all employees work in an inclusive environment free from discrimination and harassment.

By joining JSX as an Operation Service Concierge, you become part of a close-knit crew focused on delivering excellence and a memorable customer journey. This role serves as an excellent launching pad for individuals seeking to expand their skills within different facets of airport operations, foster professional growth, and be recognized as an integral part of a leading-edge airline. If you thrive in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment and have a passion for aviation, JSX provides the runway for your career success.
