The role of Operation Service Concierge (OSC) at JSX is integral to the success of airport operations and the overall customer experience. As an OSC, you will be the pivotal force ensuring that aircraft are managed with the utmost care, precision, and strict adherence to safety protocols. Your responsibilities encompass a broad range of activities centered around the efficient handling of aircraft and support services at the airport. Key duties include marshalling aircraft safely to and from gates, operating ground support equipment, loading and unloading baggage and freight with great care, and assisting with international customs procedures. Additionally, you will contribute to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and readiness by servicing aircraft lavatories, restocking supplies, and performing general upkeep tasks.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to occasionally lift 75+ pounds
- Ability to drive and operate ground equipment such as LEKTRO, aircraft tugs, belt loaders, and baggage carts
- Ability to perform physical activity including bending, reaching, and prolonged standing
- Availability to work flexible shifts including early mornings, late nights, holidays, and weekends
- Participation in initial and random drug and alcohol screenings according to DOT and FAA guidelines
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to operate ground support equipment such as LEKTRO, aircraft tugs, and belt loaders
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds occasionally
- Ability to perform intermittent physical activities including bending, reaching, and standing for long periods
- Availability to work flexible shifts including early mornings, late nights, holidays, and weekends
- Valid driver's license
Job Duties
- Marshal aircraft and wing walk to ensure safe ground movement
- Position and reposition aircraft for operational efficiency
- Handle baggage and freight with care, ensuring timely loading and unloading
- Support international operations by following customs protocols
- Conduct routine Foreign Object Debris (FOD) walks for ramp safety
- Clean aircraft and restock essential supplies
- Assist with customer experience touchpoints as needed
