Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of operational management experience
- Experience in waste management, logistics, or a similar fast-paced industry
- Ability to lead and inspire a diverse team
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with fleet routing software and GPS tracking
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid work authorization in the country of employment
- Willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Ability to comply with DOT safety standards
- Preferred but not required: Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
Job Qualifications
- 3-5 years of operational management experience preferably in waste management, logistics, or transportation
