The Operating Room Nurse Manager role at Baylor Scott & White Surgicare - North Garland is a vital leadership position responsible for overseeing all departmental functions related to outpatient surgical care. Job Requirements

  • Graduate of accredited school of professional nursing
  • Five years experience in surgery as circulator
  • Two years experience in surgery management including pre-op, intra-op, and post-op care
  • Current Texas RN license
  • BLS certification
  • CNOR preferred
  • Strong decision making skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects
  • Excellent communication skills with staff and physicians
