The role of Operating Room Nurse Manager at Baylor Scott & White Surgicare - North Garland involves leading all aspects of the surgical department to align with the hospital's mission, vision, and operational goals. The Nurse Manager is tasked with overseeing surgery, anesthesia, and sterile processing services within the facility.
