Job Duties
- Greet and connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience
- help customers order their favorite McDonald's meals
- prepare all of McDonald's world famous food
- operate deep fryers, grills, and other large-volume equipment for cooking
- ensure items are well stocked
- partner with other crew and managers to meet daily goals and have fun
- maintain health and sanitation across the work areas
- keep the restaurant looking fantastic
- ensure safety standards are maintained
- perform other tasks as directed by management
