  • monitor speed of service, order accuracy, food quality, and hospitality
  • enforce food safety procedures and cleanliness standards
  • manage labor deployment and control costs
  • train and coach crew members on procedures and brand standards
  • communicate with general manager and leadership team
  • document incidents and resolve guest complaints
