- Age 18 or older
- ability to work opener shifts (5:00 AM - 1:00 PM, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM)
- willingness to comply with training programs
- ability to communicate effectively
- dependability and punctuality
- readiness to work in a team-oriented fast food environment
Job Qualifications

- the capability to excel in a fast-paced, team environment
- excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish are a plus

Job Duties
- Greet customers with a friendly smile
- take accurate orders at the counter, Drive-Thru, or kiosk
- handle cash and electronic payments responsibly
- ensure every guest leaves satisfied
- prepare all menu items according to McDonald's standards
- assemble orders quickly and accurately
- follow food safety and cleanliness procedures
- maintain high standards of quality, freshness, and presentation
- keep workstations clean and organized
- follow sanitation, safety, and security policies
- stock and rotate products properly
- support overall restaurant cleanliness
- communicate clearly with team members and managers
- support teammates during busy shifts
- be dependable and punctual
- contribute to a positive, respectful work environment
