Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven leadership and performance management skills
- Two or more years experience as a manager in the restaurant industry or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Mid level computer skills
- Open and flexible work availability
- Ability to lead and manage operations in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- A strong ethical and integrity-driven mindset
- Prior Wendy's experience is preferred but not required
