This role is for a Restaurant Manager who will oversee operations for a designated Wendy's restaurant under TAYVEN FOOD CORP. As a Wendy's Manager, you will lead by example to cultivate a warm, welcoming environment for both staff and customers. The position demands a natural leadership style capable of inspiring and mentoring a team while maintaining drive for results and ensuring customer satisfaction at every level of operation. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of restaurant performance including staffing, food quality and safety, customer experience, sales, profit goals, and upholding Wendy's Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC) standards.

The managerial role requires a hands-on approach, fostering teamwork and developing employees to reach their individual potential and contribute positively toward the restaurant's goals. You will ensure speedy service by getting food to customers fast without compromising quality or safety standards. Monitoring and reinforcing food safety procedures are paramount to protect customers and maintain the restaurant's brand reputation. Strong operational skills combined with a positive and proactive mindset will position you to maximize store sales, achieve profit goals, and protect Wendy's assets.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven leadership and performance management skills
  • Two or more years experience as a manager in the restaurant industry or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Mid level computer skills
  • Open and flexible work availability
  • Ability to lead and manage operations in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • A strong ethical and integrity-driven mindset
  • Prior Wendy's experience is preferred but not required
