  • Proven leadership and performance management skills
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a manager in the restaurant industry or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Mid level computer skills
  • Open and flexible work availability
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
