We are currently seeking a Front Desk Opener to join our team. This pivotal role is responsible for preparing the club for opening each day, ensuring that all operational aspects are ready before members arrive. The shift begins early at 4:30 am to allow ample time for organizing the club, checking in members as they arrive, answering phone inquiries, collecting payments, and managing towel distribution to maintain hygiene standards. The ideal candidate for this position is an early riser who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys building relationships with people, and is capable of multitasking with a high level of efficiency and professionalism.

This Front Desk Opener role is essential to setting the tone for the club’s daily activities. The person in this position will be the first point of contact for members each morning, making exceptional customer service skills critical.
