Opening Crew Team Member - Part Time

This job opportunity is with a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee of McDonald’s, distinct and separate from McDonald’s USA. This franchisee holds a license to use McDonald’s logos and food products, creating a classic McDonald’s customer experience, but the employment and operational aspects are managed independently by the franchisee. This means that all hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling decisions are handled solely by the franchisee, not McDonald’s USA. Therefore, if you are hired, the franchisee will be your employer, and McDonald’s USA will not have any involvement in your employment process or decisions.

This position is part of an opening crew team at the restaurant, offering an exciting and fast-paced work environment that begins early in the morning, with shifts starting as early as 4 AM. The opportunity includes a competitive starting wage of $20 per hour, with the potential to earn up to $21 per hour based on performance and tenure.
