Job Qualifications
- Prior baking or food preparation experience preferred but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Ability to stand for extended periods during shift
Job Duties
- Prepare fresh baked goods according to Dunkin' recipes and quality standards
- Operate baking equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area
- Follow all food safety and sanitation protocols
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Collaborate with team members to meet shift goals
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with guests
