About the role: The Crew Team Member position is an integral part of the restaurant's daily operations where engagement with customers and teamwork are key. Crew members help deliver a positive experience by connecting with customers attentively, assisting them in ordering their favorite meals, and preparing McDonald's world-famous food. The role involves working collaboratively with other crew members and managers to meet daily goals while keeping the restaurant clean, safe, and welcoming. This position supports flexible schedules and is available part time or full time, with shifts that can include breakfast, lunch, late nights, and weekends.
