Job Duties
- Lead shifts weekly ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
- Provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts
- Plan for each shift and monitor performance
- Take action to ensure team meets McDonald’s standards
- Monitor safety, security, and profitability
- Communicate with upcoming Shift Managers to prepare them
- Manage assigned departments to meet targets
