The Team Member position at Starcorp is crucial to maintaining the high standards of food quality and guest service that the company is known for. This role involves the preparation of fresh, hot, quality biscuits according to company recipes, procedures, and standards, with a strict emphasis on safe food handling procedures. Team Members are responsible for preparing food products accurately, assisting other food production personnel as needed, and delivering an exceptional guest service experience at all times.

A Team Member at Starcorp operates various stations within the restaurant, cleans and stocks assigned areas, and ensures all food products meet menu standards. Previous experience with Hardee's or Carl's Jr. is considered a plus but not mandatory, as training and support are provided.
