FreshPoint is currently hiring Local CDL-A, CDL-B, and Non-CDL Drivers in Warren, Ohio. This is an excellent opportunity for drivers who want consistent local routes with home time daily, comprehensive benefits, and competitive pay. The company will be hosting an open interview event on Wednesday, May 13th, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM EST at the Residence Inn by Marriott Youngstown Warren/Niles, located at 5555 Youngstown Warren Rd, Niles, OH 44446. Candidates are encouraged to bring a valid CDL and DOT Medical Examination Certificate to complete the required road test at the interview.

In this role, drivers will be responsible for safely delivering fresh food products to various customer locations within local routes in the Warren, OH area. Pay ranges based on the type of license held: Local CDL-A Drivers can expect to earn between $75,000 and $83,000 annually within the first year, Local CDL-B Drivers between $65,000 and $73,000, and Local Non-CDL Drivers between $61,000 and $68,000. Job Requirements

  • valid CDL-A or CDL-B required
  • one year route delivery experience or applicable background driving a straight truck
  • high school or GED or equivalent
  • commercial vehicle drivers must have the ability to read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public
