This role as a Crew Supervisor at Wendy's entails a variety of leadership and operational responsibilities centered around the supervision and coaching of crew members to uphold the brand's 5 Key Drivers. The Crew Supervisor will play an essential role in overseeing the daily opening and closing procedures of the restaurant, ensuring all tasks are completed timely and efficiently. A sharp focus on compliance regarding cleanliness, food safety, and proper line prep set-up is required to maintain the high standards Wendy's is known for.

In addition to operational duties, you will lead by example to foster a positive, productive, and safety-conscious work environment. Mentoring and developing crew members and Team Trainers will be a key part of your role, helping to build strong leadership within the team and supporting career growth. You will also work collaboratively with Restaurant Management to identify areas for improvement, seeking opportunities to optimize efficiencies and maximize sales and profitability. This position is vital to driving the restaurant's success by supporting both team development and operational performance, ensuring that every customer receives quality food and service in a welcoming atmosphere.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • experience in food service industry
  • knowledge of food safety regulations
  • ability to work flexible hours including early mornings and evenings
  • strong leadership skills
  • good organizational skills
  • able to stand for long periods

Job Qualifications

  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience in fast food or restaurant environment

Job Duties

  • Supervise and coach crew members in delivering Wendy's 5 Key Drivers
