Job Duties
- supervise and coach crew members in delivery of Wendy's 5 Key Drivers
- manage team's opening and closing responsibilities and procedures
- ensure compliance with timely opening and closing
- maintain cleanliness standards
- enforce food safety protocols
- oversee line prep set-up
- mentor and develop crew members and team trainers
- collaborate with restaurant management to optimize efficiencies and maximize sales and profitability
