Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum one year of supervisory experience in a fast-food or restaurant environment
- knowledge of food safety protocols
- good communication skills
- ability to lead and mentor a team
- reliable and punctual
- basic math skills
- availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role in the restaurant industry preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to motivate and develop team members
- basic math and organizational skills
- flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Supervise and coach crew members in delivering Wendy's 5 Key Drivers
- manage team's opening and closing responsibilities and procedures
- ensure timely and compliant open and close operations
- maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
- oversee line prep and set-up
- mentor and develop crew members and team trainers
- collaborate with restaurant management to optimize efficiencies and maximize sales and profitability
