This role as a Crew Supervisor at Wendy's is essential in maintaining and elevating the restaurant's standards. The primary responsibility of this position is to supervise and coach crew members in their delivery of Wendy's 5 Key Drivers, which include service, speed, quality, cleanliness, and hospitality. You will manage the team's opening and closing procedures, ensuring that operational tasks are completed efficiently and correctly each day. Your leadership will be critical in enforcing compliance in crucial areas such as timely openings and closings, maintaining cleanliness standards, adhering to food safety protocols, and properly setting up line prep. By fostering a productive, clean, safe, and friendly working environment, you will play a direct role in enhancing the overall customer experience.

Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- at least 1 year of experience in fast-food or restaurant operations
- ability to lead and motivate a team
- excellent communication skills
- willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- maintain adherence to food safety regulations
- physical ability to stand for extended periods
- basic math skills
Job Qualifications
