Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- at least 1 year of experience in fast-food or restaurant operations
- ability to lead and motivate a team
- excellent communication skills
- willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- maintain adherence to food safety regulations
- physical ability to stand for extended periods
- basic math skills
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- supervise crew members and coach them in delivering Wendy's 5 Key Drivers
- manage team's opening and closing responsibilities and procedures
- ensure compliance with timely open and closes
- maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
- oversee line prep set-up
- mentor and develop crew members and Team Trainers
- collaborate with management to optimize efficiencies and maximize sales and profitability
