This role is a supervisory position focused on supporting and developing Wendy's crew members to uphold the brand's high standards. As a supervisor, you will be tasked with coaching and mentoring team members to deliver Wendy's 5 Key Drivers—a framework that ensures operational success through food quality, customer service, cleanliness, accuracy, and speed. Your daily responsibilities will include overseeing the opening and closing procedures to ensure that operations start and end efficiently and effectively. You will monitor compliance with cleanliness standards and food safety regulations to create a safe and welcoming environment for both staff and customers.

In this position, you will lead by example to cultivate a productive, clean, and safety-conscious workplace. You will collaborate closely with the restaurant management team to identify opportunities for improvement in operational efficiencies, sales, and profitability. Your role will be pivotal in training and developing crew members and team trainers to help them reach their full potential. By maintaining a friendly and supportive atmosphere, you will contribute to a motivated team that consistently meets and exceeds performance goals. This role requires a proactive leader who can manage multiple priorities while fostering strong team dynamics and delivering outstanding customer experiences. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • proven supervisory experience in food service or retail
  • strong leadership abilities
  • effective communication skills
  • knowledge of food safety regulations
  • availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • basic math and computer skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a supervisory or team lead role preferred
  • strong leadership and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Supervise and coach crew members in delivery of Wendy's 5 Key Drivers
  • manage team's opening and closing responsibilities and procedures
  • ensure compliance with timely open and close procedures
  • maintain cleanliness standards
  • oversee food safety practices
  • coordinate line prep set-up
  • mentor and develop crew members and team trainers
  • collaborate with restaurant management to optimize efficiencies and maximize sales and profitability
