Key responsibilities include overseeing timely opening and closing, maintaining cleanliness standards, ensuring food safety compliance, and managing line preparation setups. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for mentoring and developing crew members as well as Team Trainers, helping to build a strong team capable of delivering excellent service and operational efficiency. Collaborating with other restaurant management personnel, you will identify areas where improvements can be made to optimize workflows, boost sales, and increase profitability. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and an ability to motivate team members to achieve the restaurant’s goals. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in fast food or restaurant operations
  • leadership experience preferred
