Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in fast food or restaurant operations
- leadership experience preferred
- knowledge of food safety standards
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- strong interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask under pressure
Job Qualifications
- experience in a supervisory role in a fast-food or restaurant environment
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to train and mentor team members
- good understanding of food safety and cleanliness standards
- problem-solving skills
- ability to work collaboratively with restaurant management
- basic math skills
Job Duties
- supervise and coach crew members to deliver Wendy's 5 Key Drivers
- manage team's opening and closing responsibilities and procedures
- ensure compliance with timely open and closes
- maintain cleanliness standards
- enforce food safety regulations
- oversee line prep set-up
- create a productive, clean, safety conscious, and friendly work environment
