- prior experience in food service preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- supervise and coach crew members in delivering Wendy's 5 key drivers
- manage team's opening and closing responsibilities and procedures
- ensure compliance with timely opens and closes, cleanliness, food safety, and line prep set-up
- create a productive, clean, safety conscious, and friendly work environment
- mentor and develop crew members and team trainers
- partner with other restaurant management to optimize efficiencies and maximize sales and profitability
- monitor and maintain operational standards consistently
