As a mentor and coach, your role extends beyond daily operational oversight to encompass developing the team's skills and effectiveness. Collaboration with other restaurant management professionals is essential, as you will identify opportunities to streamline operations, boost sales, and increase overall profitability. Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in food service or restaurant environment
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity
- willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures

Job Duties
