The Server Assistant role at Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village is an integral part of the Onyx team dedicated to delivering impeccable dining experiences. This position is designed for individuals who are eager to support servers by maintaining the flow of service. Server Assistants handle tasks such as clearing and resetting tables swiftly and thoroughly, assisting in the delivery of food and beverages to guests, and ensuring all dining areas are pristine and arranged according to the hotel’s standards. Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent experience
- One year previous experience in a luxury Food and Beverage outlet
- Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
- Ability to have strong communication skills between co-workers and guests

Job Duties
- Assist with guest service including retrieving food from the kitchen and delivering it to guests ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Remove items from the guest's table promptly
- Breakdown, clean and set up tables, buffets, and food stations
- Assist in clearing, cleaning and setting up tables, chairs, linens, china, glass and silver for service in an unobtrusive manner
- Stock linen, china, silver and glassware ensuring all are polished and in good condition
- Assist in preparation of smaller items such as toast, soup, or beverages
- Greet guests professionally, serve beverage and food items while explaining contents, and anticipate guests' needs before requests are made
- Prepare condiment and garnish items
