The role open at RealManage focuses on ensuring the maintenance and cleanliness of community areas while effectively supporting the Community Association Manager in service delivery. This position is crucial to maintaining the high standards of upkeep and operational efficiency that our clients expect. Duties include managing supplies, maintaining cleanliness and organization, addressing residents' concerns promptly following company procedures, and assisting in community event setups. The successful candidate has the ability to work independently, effectively communicate, prioritize multiple tasks, and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Physical capability to perform tasks involving lifting, climbing, and other demanding activities is essential. This role offers an hourly wage between $15.00 and $20.00, commensurate with education and experience, along with comprehensive benefits that foster work-life balance.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in janitorial, maintenance, or facility upkeep roles preferred
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to climb stairs, ladders, and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or reaching frequently
- ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally heavier with assistance
- manual dexterity to operate tools, equipment, and machinery safely
- visual acuity to inspect equipment, read gauges, and perform detailed tasks
- hearing ability to detect alarms, equipment sounds, and verbal instructions in noisy environments
- ability to work in varying environmental conditions such as heat, cold, dust, noise, and outdoors
- ability to wear and use appropriate personal protective equipment
- ability to work varying schedules including evenings, weekends, on-call, and overtime as required

Job Duties
- Check supply levels in storage closets
- complete requisition for additional supplies needed and submit to the manager
- maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas, carts, and caddies
- clean assigned areas using designated checklists ensuring standards are met
- complete work orders for maintenance repairs and submit to the Community Association Manager
- monitor and handle residents' complaints by following instant pacification procedures ensuring satisfaction
- respond to all radio/cell calls promptly
- help prepare and setup events
- complete all paperwork and closing duties before leaving and check with the manager
- perform other work-related tasks as needed
