Job Description

Landing has established itself as the country’s largest flexible living network since its inception in 2019, boasting a presence in over 35 markets and providing thousands of apartments with a hassle-free, deposit-free experience. As a leading player in the flexible living industry, Landing is rapidly expanding its footprint across the nation, revolutionizing how people find and experience temporary housing. The company’s innovative platform connects members directly to fully furnished, high-quality apartments in key markets, making it easier than ever for individuals to move, stay, and live dynamically without the constraints of traditional leases or deposits.

Landing’s commitment to excellence in flexible living is reflected in its continuous growth and forward-thinking approach. The company operates in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift quickly, requiring its team members to be adaptable, proactive, and customer-focused at all times. Every day presents unique challenges and opportunities, and Landing is looking for motivated professionals to contribute to its mission of transforming the rental experience nationwide.

The Property Manager role based in the Green Bay, Wisconsin market is a critical position within Landing’s operational framework. This role offers the unique opportunity to oversee at least 30 units within one of Landing’s properties, where the candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional member experiences and maintaining strong property relationships. As a hands-on manager who lives onsite, you will be an active part of the community, able to swiftly address issues, coordinate daily operations, and foster meaningful connections with guests and property partners.

This role demands a versatile individual who can expertly manage reservations coming through Landing’s proprietary platform as well as third-party booking platforms such as Airbnb and Booking.com. Managing member inquiries, escalating issues, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the member journey from booking through checkout are key aspects of the job. The Property Manager must also oversee housekeeping vendors, collaborate with maintenance teams, maintain unit quality, and continuously monitor key performance indicators like NPS, CSAT, and cleaning quality to ensure the property operates smoothly and efficiently.

Landing values candidates who bring experience from hotel operations, short-term rental management, vacation rental portfolios, or other high-volume hospitality settings. The ideal person thrives in dynamic environments, makes sound decisions even when information is incomplete, and possesses the organizational skills necessary to handle multiple urgent tasks simultaneously. Success in this role also requires the ability to navigate ambiguity within a growing company, where processes and systems are continuously evolving.

In addition to core operational responsibilities, the Property Manager will lead the onboarding and launching of new units, manage reservation coordination, and serve as a key liaison between members and property management teams. The role’s onsite nature means that flexibility in working hours—including evenings, weekends, and holidays—is essential to meet the demands of guest operations.

Landing offers competitive compensation for this role, with a base salary ranging from $50,000 to $55,000 depending on experience, complemented by a performance bonus of up to 25% of base salary and housing provisions. The company also provides opportunities for upward mobility, encouraging staff growth and internal promotion within its Field Operations management team. Additional benefits include stock options, a comprehensive medical and wellness benefits package encompassing dental, vision, life, AD&D, disability, mental health, pet, commuter benefits, and flexible spending accounts or health savings accounts. Retirement savings support is offered through a 401(k) plan with ImmediatePay access, generous paid time off to ensure work-life balance, and annual travel perks with $750 USD credit towards stays through Landing’s network.

As an equal opportunity employer, Landing is dedicated to fostering diversity and inclusion, ensuring all qualified applicants receive fair consideration without regard to race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, military service, or any other protected status under applicable laws. Joining Landing means becoming part of a revolutionary company set on reshaping the future of flexible living with a passionate and dedicated team committed to delivering unmatched customer experiences and operational excellence.
