Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum of 5 years experience in event planning and management
  • ability to travel up to 30 percent
  • willingness to work onsite in New York City four to five days per week
  • strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • capacity to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic environments

  • proven experience in event management preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • proficiency with event technologies and platforms
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to manage complex projects and logistics
  • creativity and consultative approach to enhance overall event experience

Job Duties

  • optimize event project management and develop creative design strategies
  • quickly build trust and confidence with clients and team members
  • spearhead operations for complex events including meetings, conferences, and incentive travel programs
  • embrace event technologies to plan and deliver virtual, hybrid, and in-person events
  • lead by example as a strong team leader
  • manage high-end global event logistics and multi-faceted project management
  • adapt quickly to changing circumstances and think strategically
