Job Requirements
- authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
- reliable transportation and knowledge of local territory
- ability to work a flexible part-time schedule, mostly during business hours
- experience in hospitality or events preferred

Job Duties
- support Fooda events by setting up, tearing down, and cleaning equipment and site areas
- serve as back-up cashier at Fooda Cafês during team member absences
- deliver equipment and food to Fooda sites
- gain competency with Fooda's technology and standard operations procedures
- problem-solve issues such as incorrect orders, late deliveries, or incorrect communication
- troubleshoot technical issues including point-of-sale systems and TV menu boards
- conduct onsite Fooda promotions and mobile app coaching
- provide real-time onsite customer service to resolve issues promptly
- facilitate audits of restaurant event setup to ensure consistency and quality
- escalate issues to Operations Manager when necessary
- work critical hours over lunch between 10 am and 2 pm, with additional responsibilities between 8 am and 4 pm
- support Premier Accounts in the New York market
