The Onsite Delivery Associate role at Club Wyndham Smoky Mountains, located in Sevierville, Tennessee, presents an exciting opportunity to join a passionate housekeeping team within a top-tier resort environment. This full-time position focuses on supporting the housekeeping department by efficiently preparing guest units for cleaning and ensuring that all areas meet the company’s rigorous quality and safety standards. The Onsite Delivery Associate, sometimes referred to as a Houseperson, is central to maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the resort by handling essential tasks such as linen management, supply delivery, stocking, and trash removal.

This role requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual who can work independently while following instructions and collaborating with housekeeping staff to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Specific duties include delivering linens, amenities, and supplies; organizing linen and amenities bags; receiving and sorting soiled linen; and maintaining storage areas. Additionally, this role upholds safety regulations following the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards, including adherence to the Global Harmonized System (GHS) for chemicals, ensuring a safe working environment.
