Job Requirements
- Must be able to work Monday-Friday 3:30-7 pm and Saturday 8:00 am-3:00 pm
- must have valid driver’s license
- high school diploma or GED required
- previous customer-related experience required
- previous concierge experience preferred
- professional presentation
- outstanding guest services skills
- sophisticated verbal and written communication skills
- highly responsible and reliable
- ability to work well under pressure
- ability to work cohesively with colleagues
- ability to remain calm and courteous at all times
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Answer telephones
- meet and greet residents, guests, and vendors
- assist employees with residents and visitors to ensure office coverage
- deliver high-level customer service
- develop and maintain positive working relationships
- comply with quality assurance standards
- perform other related work tasks as needed
