The role available is for a Part-time Concierge, offering flexible but specific working hours: Monday through Friday from 3:30 PM to 7:00 PM, and Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The position involves frontline responsibilities such as answering telephones, greeting residents, guests, and vendors, and supporting fellow employees to ensure comprehensive coverage of the management office. Exceptional customer service is the cornerstone of this role, requiring the development and maintenance of positive working relationships and support of team objectives.
The Concierge is expected to comply with quality assurance standards and undertake various work-related tasks as needed, contributing to the smooth operation of community management services. This role demands a professional presentation, outstanding guest service skills, and effective communication abilities, both verbal and written. The ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure is essential, as is a strong sense of responsibility and reliability.
Candidates will benefit from working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where teamwork and attention to guest needs are critical. Physical requirements include the ability to stand and walk for extended periods, handle moderate lifting, and operate equipment safely.
