We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Events and Ministry Coordinator to join our team in a part-time capacity. This role offers a unique opportunity to play a vital part in planning and executing a diverse range of community events and activities that bring residents closer together. The coordinator will work approximately 12 hours per week, providing support in event planning, managing budgets, overseeing logistics, and conducting outreach activities to promote participation and awareness. In addition to these core responsibilities, the position requires the coordinator to live onsite, with the benefit of discounted rent, creating an immersive community experience that fosters closer ties and a deeper understanding of residents' needs and preferences.

Job Requirements
- must be 18 years or older
- legally eligible to work in the U.S.
- able to communicate effectively in English
- willing to live onsite
- available to work approximately 12 hours per week
Job Qualifications
- previous event planning experience preferred
- strong communication skills in English
- ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
- experience working in community-focused roles is an asset
