D.R. Horton is currently seeking a Full-time Online Sales Concierge to join its team in Rowlett, Texas. This role is pivotal in converting internet leads into onsite visits and sales opportunities. The Online Sales Concierge will manage internet inquiries from the company website and various outsourced sources ensuring every potential customer receives a positive, professional experience whether communicated via online chat, phone, or email. The main focus of this position involves qualifying leads effectively to identify genuine sales prospects and scheduling appointments with onsite Sales Representatives. The role requires a strong focus on organizational and communication skills, as well as proficiency with customer management databases to keep information up to date. Additionally, the Online Sales Concierge will be responsible for producing detailed monthly reports on sales performance, website traffic, and marketing cost efficiency, providing critical insights to the sales and marketing teams.

This position requires someone who embraces teamwork and provides attentive customer service, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of communities, home products, plans, and amenities. The Online Sales Concierge must be able to manage multiple responsibilities with a detail-oriented approach while coordinating prospect mailings and other marketing communications. Job Requirements

  • One to three years of related experience and/or training
  • Ability to work overtime
  • Minimal overnight travel may be required for training purposes

Job Duties

  • Manage all incoming internet leads from company website and outsourced companies
  • Ensure a positive experience to all potential customers whether online, live chat or by phone
  • Convert qualified leads into office appointments with onsite Sales Representatives
  • Enter and update information in a customer management database
  • Exercise proper qualification skills to identify genuine leads that have the potential to become genuine sales opportunities
  • Responsible for producing monthly sales and marketing reports (Intertrack, Sales Performance Analysis, and Marketing & Sales Cost Efficiency Analysis)
  • Generate a monthly analysis of divisional website traffic, hits, source, etc.
  • Maintain current knowledge of communities, product, plans and amenities
  • Generate new customer opportunities by prospecting and developing existing leads through telephone, email, and mail
  • Coordinate mass mailing lists and the mailing of materials to prospective clients
  • Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company
  • Ability to work overtime
